Yoga & Flexibility

Corporate yoga classes ranging from introduction/beginner, to vinyasa flow, stretch, Yin/restorative available for all levels.  With or without music.  
Our classes are both playful, fun, inspirational and motivational, and grounded in neuroscience and proper alignment design to open the body and calm the mind. Just the right balance of following traditional methodology with scientific and sports oriented knowledge.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Meditation and Mindfulness have been proven to increase focus, ability to manage your emotional responses, increase positivity and keep the brain healthy.

 Surprisingly, many of us don’t breathe properly.  Amazing that something as simple and fundamental as this can go awry. Breathwork and proper breathing programs designed to teach you techniques to correct your breathing and/or learn breathing methods for specific activities. All breathwork strengthens your abdominal muscles and diaphragm as well as improving your well-being.   

We also offer Reiki which is an energetic healing that can be highly relaxing
